Please take this opportunity to see whether you have needs that we can address through our history of insights and innovations over the past 21 years.  Take a look at what has happened in the world of performance management technology from the behavioral science and IT perspective.  Meet some PMI experts and learn how performance management can contribute to your future.

PMI staff comes from both sides of the desk – world-class companies as well as world-class consulting firms such as Deloitte Touch, Towers Perrin, the Hay Group, Mercer, Watson Wyatt and others. We continuously work on our own real-world and academic learning – learning how to do it better...and learning what not to do.

Acknowledgments

We are pleased to acknowledge the continuing contributions of friends and colleagues over the years, since what we have learned and what we teach is the result of lessons learned along the way.  In particular we need to acknowledge the continuing work of Xerox colleagues who provided the foundation and Ben Cohen, Jerry Greenfield and David Barash of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream who pointed out that there is not one “right way” and that the right way is based on principles and values, not bureaucratic rules and policies.  And the Hay Group and Deloitte & Touche for teaching us the technology of consulting and Citigroup that pointed out that even a great financial institution has a heart.

Most importantly, this is a business of colleagues – of friends, really – and the nature of team-problem solving makes that a special relationship indeed.  So our heartfelt thanks goes out to 250 clients over the years and into the years to come.

To all, our thanks.
